The Holdays are here and Richmond sure does love its Christmas Lights. From the Jefferson Hotel to The Tacky Light Tours, the wonder of Christmas is alive and well. We at Dial Meyers Design love all the ways that people here in Richmond use seasonal decorating to bring the holidays alive.

Many of our customers are asking the question " Do you have green resources?" Well the answer is yes. So many of our companies are doing green fabrics that are very stylish and afforable. Amends Art

This art By Victor N. Lysakov, was recently given to me by a high school classmate who broke my nose 27 years ago. I was deeply moved by his gesture and enjoy the art work that much more for the dimension added by the sentiment. BD

We just saw some of the new Osborne and Little wallpapers and as usual they are spectacular. These papers are a great way to give any dining room an updated look. Chandelier Size

Nothing is more annoying than undersized chandeliers or chandeliers that are hung too high. The rule of thumb is to add the dimensions of the room. A 15' x 25' room would need a 40" chandelier, although sometimes bigger is better. The height should be 30" - 36" above the table, depending on what you place in the center. BD
